The Book Patch is a Nightmare

 So in my excitement that someone was interested in publishing my children's book The Beane Brothers, I didn't pay attention to who they were using to print this order. That was my mistake.  The fellow that is graciously funding this print to prove that the book has a market is just as sad as I am.

We (he) made the order waaay back in November.  We were provided with a tracking number.  The tracking number showed a link that showed this shipment leaving from its origins, going in the opposite direction and then stopping there.

After three hours and a conversation with the Post Master General's office in my state, the "tracking"number is as real as the Biden election.  When I provided this information with the thief at this facility, all answers to my conversation have remained unanswered.

When you go to their website, you see two categories of comments. One is the people in my boat-totalling boned and screwed over.  Then you have the almost word for word "comments" from the people that just luuuuv the service.  

So if you're looking to get something published on your own, whatever you do, run-don't walk-to anyone that is not The BookPatch.  They will take your money and not provide your services.  If you're interested in the class action suit that's being formed- give me a message here.

We've filed a complaint with the FTC and with the USPS.  Believe it or not, the problems they will have with the USPS are much bigger than the fraud that it seems that I am victim to.  Dave is the name of the guy that is dodging my questions.

The Book Patch, don't use them if you only have the option of them or writing on the sidewalk with chalk.  You'll get a better product (because the Book Patch doesn't provide any product) with the chalk. Yikes, what a nightmare.

My FTC complaint number is 126821519.  Whatever happened to honest people? It's sad. If you feel like looking into them further- you will find that they are located in Scottsdale, AZ but the address they use is in Phoenix.  The phone number to reach them is 602.403.5600 and you won't get a business, you'll get a guy. It's his phone number because there is no real such thing as this printing company. If you use Google Earth for their company address, you get a coffee house. They guy just told me that if I call about the fraud one more time, he's going to sue me! Oh the irony! So be careful and if you must ignore all of my advice, make sure that your credit card company will take the charge off the way that mine will.  Because this shady company is a nightmare!

There Won't be Another Fair Election PG LANGUAGE

 Do you remember the year 2000 when George W. Bush was finally declared the winner in Florida after ages of tumultuous wondering?  There were idiots that actually thought that Slick Willie would get to just stay in office until we had a winner.

Then in 2004, Kerry (or Herman Munster as he's known in my family) tried the exact same thing. only that time it was Ohio.  

Well, you can say that the left has perfected it, because we are all being told that after a fake election, a bunch of phonier "recounts" and more nonsense, that Biden-Joe Biden who has used his office since he was 29 years old as a separate source of income-is going to be in charge of the Republic. The msm is jubilant.  Finally! Finally they have found a way to steal an election without having to involve a third party ( 1992) and if you think that there will ever be another honest election, then you are a fool.

We can wrap it up, start telling out children about when it didn't suck. We'll sound like our great grand parents telling us that candy bars used to be a nickel. In other words, we're still fucked.  Old Joe (and yes I know that was a euphemism for venereal disease) can start selling us out to the highest bidder ( he probably started taking bids back in July) and go on about the business of undoing every good thing in the United States of America.

The DJIA is DOWN 214.12% as I write this.  The msm is no doubt trying to find a way to tie this to President Trump. Until they can do that, it will go unreported, thankyouverymuch.  In addition, the techdics are quite proud of keeping the information about OldJoe and his crackhead kid out of the social media spotlight.  I wonder what the pay for that is?

So where does this leave us? Without a paddle in a creek that the EPA would only allow with a democratic leader, that's where.  I wish that I had some ray of sunshine for you.  I have nothing. 

The left was able to magically crap out votes in Georgia, Arizona, Virginia and Pennsylvania.  They quit that nonsense of relying on one state, they went for the scatter and splatter approach.  The people whose job it is to monitor the elections were not allowed to monitor.  When they had counted all of the real votes, they called it a night, went home and printed what they needed to put them over the top and then "found" them the next few days.

I've been looking at Belize or Bermuda, seriously. This isn't a free country anymore, we get what they want us to have and that's all. If they can ruin General Flynn's life-imagine what they can do to us peons.

My Retarded Extended Family

 2020 has been a crap year.  I don't know anyone that can say it's been good, (except for the masterminds that put the biden stolen election attempt together) of course. A few months ago, I decided that I would contact all of my brothers, sisters, their children, and some other extended family and take us on a cruise.

It wasn't going to be a long one, just five days, because I love my family, but let's not get crazy, you know? Well, first I have one that doesn't want to go if she has to share a room with anyone.  Seriously. So then I switch things around so that she has a companion that she is happy sharing a room with. I wish I was making this up.

Next, I have another one whose husband isn't able to be anywhere that he can't see the land. Again, not making this up. 

Next, I have one whose child's birthday is in the middle of the cruise, can we pick another day so that she can have a birthday party with her entire family?  I guess that's the family that isn't on this cruise, because what child would rather go to have a backyard cookout vs a giant floating resort of fun?

Finally, I have the professional scared one, who is afraid that the HongKong Fluey (HKF) may be present on this ship that is sterilized from top to bottom and so he doesn't want to go, and none of my logic is going to persuade him, because fear doesn't care about logic.  The .0003791% odds of getting a virus that you will survive isn't worth the idea of spending four days with your extended family and having fun and making memories.

So after today, when the frightened one sends me a link that of the 328, 964 passengers on cruise ships, 1 person has tested positive to a virus that you will survive 99.999378821% of the time, I said uncle. I canceled the attempt to get everyone together to have fun, make memories and enjoy ourselves.  

I didn't realize that it would be so hard to talk people into having a great time.  If you have a normal family, be thankful.  Trust me, not everyone does.

Biden's Fraudulent Lead is Still There

 I need for someone to explain the voting process to me.  I've gone to school, I did reasonably well there.  I have taken the required Civics, American History, and other classes needed to understand how our Republic is supposed to work.  

At no time was I ever told about extended voting days, mail in ballots found in fields, multiple ballots (except in the case of JFK's defeat of Nixon) or any of the other things that are going on as we speak.  These people "counting" the ballots are taking them home with them.  They gave Republicans invalid markers so that their ballots would not be counted. They dumped ballots in fields, in trash cans, in dumpsters.  

Why do I know that it's fraud?  Not one single recovered ballot was for Biden.  Not one single ballot that was thrown in the trash was for Biden.  When we went to sleep, the President was comfortably in the lead.  When we woke up, the counters had taken the votes with them ((WTF)) and when they brought them back, Biden was skyrocketing ahead.

Court orders are ignored and these ballots are being counted behind closed doors.  Do you know who does that? Dictators do that. 

I'm young enough to remember when they tried to steal the election from George W. Bush.  They had counted on Florida being the magic kingdom (no pun intended) and set up a plan to try and steal the election there.  It took the SCOTUS, but their plan failed.  You know it was their plan, because even though later, it was revealed that President Bush had won by 4,238 votes, the msm never ever said a word. They were happy to give the impression that it was "stolen" and not legitimate.

Fast forward four years and they tried the same crap in Ohio with Theresa Heinz's husband.  The guy that had happily told a lifetime of lives about his experiences in Vietnam was suddenly confronted with the truth, and he still tried to pull off the hanging chad nonsense in Ohio.  He lost also.

After that, the DNC got smarter.  They made certain that the guy the Republicans nominated didn't have a pig's chance at a Lū'au.  So we had 8 years of the guy who felt it was his turn. First, McCain-the traitor turned senator.  The only thing Maverick in him was that maverick sounded better than rino.  He left his first crippled wife for the wealthier one, and then hoped the world would never look too close.  After he was soundly rejected, the most un-dynamic person in the world Mitt Romney declared it was his turn and the DNC was only too happy to allow it.

Four years later, the msm was already talking about a rematch of Bush v Clinton except with Jeb! and Bill's wife.  That was soundly turned on its ear when President Trump rode down the escalator and announced he was running.  Jeb! never had a chance.  For that matter, neither did Felonia Milhouse von Pantsuit, even though they did try.

And four years later, after all of the brawling, debates, and conversation they came up with Biden-the guy that had been in politics for 47 years with one accomplishment: getting black men put in jail for longer sentences.  

The information that he was helping his son get payoffs from China, Russia, and the Ukraine while in office (10% for the Big Guy) was not covered by the US media.  It was censored by big tech it one of the most Orwellian schemes I have ever seen.  Big Brother is alive and well.

Now, the msm is almost dripping with anticipation at the idea that the guy that was unable to get 500 people at a rally is someone leading over the President that can have 15,000 in a spontaneous rally set up in 4 hours.

I'm calling bullshit.

This is the scariest thing that I have ever seen, and part of the fear comes from the people who say, "well, we'll get them in four years."

Do they not understand that if this election is successfully stolen, it won't happen in four years.  We will never have another free election again.  We will be given the illusion of choices, but the choice will have already been made and we'll think that we had a part in it.

Our freedom is literally gasping for air and people are standing around with their thumbs in their butts, pontificating.  Words are not going to get it this time.  We need to stand on our feet instead of cowering on our knees. 

The left has shown that they like to destroy things. The only option the right has is to exercise the power that they have. Small businesses can start closing for a day in protest. Conservatives can begin to call in sick. 

We're not ignorant like the left, we don't need to destroy things.  But we do need to start showing the strength of our numbers.  Think about it.  You'll thank me later.

Banana Republic

 If there is one thing that you can count on the left to do, it's cheat.  What you cannot expect from them is common sense.  At this point in time, we're being told that an old crooked, cheating man that had to stop campaigning by noon most days, who has been discovered to be involved in money laundering through his son's "company" (10% for the big guy) and had been paid off by China and a host of other countries is winning the election.

I'm calling bullshit.

Biden didn't know what he was running for half of the time.  He forgot who he was, where he was, and who he was with.  There was active censorship on the information that he was laundering money with his heroin using son Hunter.

All of this information dropped in October, but the msm yawned.  Facebook actively removed it and Twitter tagged it as false every time someone had the temerity to post the truth.  Platforms my ass.

The most obvious thing that hs come from this election is that Facebook and Twitter can no longer be treated as neutral platforms.  They must be considered publishers, with their thumbs heavily on the scale for the left.

The saddest thing for me is that the Left has worked so hard to force a person in as leader when he has been so obviously rejected.  Look at his rallies with 250 people. Look at President Trump's rallies with 25,000 people.  

If the left tries to force this pedophile onto the American People, we are duty bound to reject it, and fight for our God given right to choose our leaders. We may be a few short days from becoming a Banana Republic, and if God Forbid that happens, we'll all have to decide if we take it on our knees, or stand up on our feet and say Bullshit.  

What happens after that may be dangerous times indeed.  Be safe.  Think about it, you'll thank me later.

Fake Reviews

 Facebook and Google try to cloak themselves by claiming that they are platforms and not publishers.  For now, this gives them the protections they say they need to keep them from being sued by people that have had damages from every nutjob, loser, and whacko that takes it upon themselves to try and defame a business when they think that they have been wronged.  

For example, I don't allow people to park in my parking lot without permission.  I have seen things that I am pretty sure looked like drug deals and have been informed that I must chase all people out in order not to discriminate.  I have signs with small words telling people not to park here unless they are doing business here. 

Doesn't matter.  You would think that if they need to use their cell phones, they would simply park on the street and use them. Nope.  They pull into my lot, block the flow of traffic and then sit there. Not today. I had a group of so called volunteers that decided to keep their vehicles safe from the traffic on the road by simply parking all over in my lot without even asking. Nope.

If you want to park here, ask me.  There is every chance in the world that I will say yes. But just walk away from your vehicle? Good luck finding which place towed it away.

All of that leads me back to the fake reviews. This seems to be the catalyst for  a person, let's call her Cornfed Beef.  She is too obese to walk 40 feet down an alley to pick up her equally obese child from the school bus drop off.  Instead, she parked her largeness in my alley and blocked the flow of traffic in 3 separate directions.

I politely asked her to move and before I know it, my online reviews are listing me around 2. I had fake review after fake review all originating from CFB.  I contacted Google and their advice was to get other people to give me positive reviews.

Really? That's the best that they have.  So now, I begin to get angry.  I'm not a stranger to the small claims system so I filed a claim because my contention is that people might actually listen to this woman that is too heavy to use a horizontal bed and too large to use a standup bed without getting grill marks on herself from the protective metal shield.

I posted her picture with my rebuttal showing that she is two degrees whiter than a glass of milk.  What happened next you ask? I got a visit from the police department asking me if I was online harassing her. Yes, I was swatted for telling this woman she wrote a fake review. The officer looked at the exchange, shook his head and apologized for bothering me. Then CFB got a ticket for making a false police report.

So long story short, we are going to have to find some accountability in these reviews.  Fake ones can drive a small business out if wielded.  There has to be a better solution than asking  customers to leave  reviews to counter the lying ones.

Is This Legal?

 I recently went through mediation with an attorney, Don Stuckey,  and his client,  a CPA Tom Lavin, from Lavin and Associates.  Earlier in the year, Tom's wife Linda, acting on his behalf, turned off the utilities to the business that I run and was in the process of buying from my late husband, Richard Jacobs.

Yes, turning off utilities is illegal in February and yes, I had significant damage from frozen toilets to water leaks.  I was locked out of my business in May, after having fixed the problem with the utilities and making it so that Lavin could not turn them off again. Yes, I was evicted from a business that I own 91% of when I should have been foreclosed if it was going to be anything to remove me.

When I was finally able to gain access to my business and building, all of the petty cash from two businesses had been taken ($300),  an antique 12 pin lock was gone ($480+), along with a case of tanning bulbs ($3100) another case, ($2700), a case of tanning lotion ($136), another case of high-end lotion ($261), cleaning supplies ($350) a bed was broken ($13,000) spray lotion supplies were gone ($480), a wall was kicked in ($1000), a screen door was broken($120), two neon signs were broken ($900), cases of toilet paper were stolen ($75), cases of Mountain Dew and other soft drinks were stolen ($50), a spray bed had been tampered with ($6500) to fix, a toilet had been broken ($340) an uninstalled toilet had been taken ($340), and more from another business that equaled about 30k that was purposely destroyed or stolen.       In order to regain access to my business, I had to sign an agreement that I would not sue or otherwise create more litigation against any party that was involved in this. 

So now, when this should be finished, instead, Stuckey and Lavin took it upon themselves to contact the realtor selling a house I plan to buy (I have signed the purchase agreement and paid earnest money) and told him that the funds from the estate had been dispersed. 

In fact, only a partial payment had been made to the attorneys and more importantly, the mediator had put in the clause that we would not say anything to anyone about the terms of the settlement. 

Now, the selling agent has demanded payment in full because technically funds were dispensed, albeit only attorney fees. So I've lost my earnest money and the house I had a contract to purchase has been sold to someone else. 

How is it legal for Don Stuckey, Tom Lavin, and the realtor from Wible Realty to discuss a private settlement, much less release private details of the sale?  There's a reason that Richard would never do business with Wible, now I know why.

Ask yourself if this is legal, you'll thank me later,.

Over Five Hours on Hold with Stanton Optical!

 Don't do it. You see their prices, you just need a quick exam (haha) and you figure you're out the door. Sucker! First, Alison told me that my online appointment wasn't valid even after I showed her the confirmation email from them. 

Next, Alison told me I was being childish because they said that they couldn't see me at my appointment time.

Next, Alison told me that I was banned from the property.

Every call to management has resulted in being placed on ignore until they are literally closed for business and it just hangs up. I posted a review and Stanton Corporate implored me to call them so that they could make it right. 

It's slow in August, so I thought, let's just see. So far they have paid for me to be on hold for 1:45: 51 seconds. There are better options than this cut-rate place and there are dead people offering better customer service than Miss Alison offers.

If you like Muzak- give them a try, but you won't speak to a human being. Don't buy your glasses from them, you'll thank me later.

Slippery Slope

Get ready to use a made up word and call me homophobic.  I am old enough to remember when the idea of two homosexuals having access to children was a bad idea.

I’m old enough to remember when the culture war hadn’t been forfeited.  When the Moral Majority wasn’t a punchline, when people weren’t afraid to say that homosexuality is wrong.

In studies, Columbia in 2002 and Medical Journal in 1993 that interviewed homosexuals and found that over 71% of them had been sexually abused as a child.  They were most definitely NOT born that way.

But if you point out the obvious- if nature ( a different word for God) had created this mistake, how in the name of science would they reproduce? 

The answer in a word is wouldn’t.  So how does homosexuality promulgate? Abuse is a leading cause. Children that are sexually abused are 4 times more likely to decide that they are homosexual. Just as Vice President Dan Quayle was hammered for stating the obvious that the sitcom Murphy Brown was promoting single parenthood I expect to take crap for telling the truth.

You never see homosexuals portrayed as jerks. That’s one sign that they cannot be mocked. They are a protected group in modern culture. 

It’s time to reclaim decency. Don’t ask Don’t tell policy was supposed to be the policy that would satisfy the homosexual lobby. Of course it wasn’t. They don’t want the same rights, they want extra.

They want to force us to say that they are normal. Orwell spoke of similar action in 1984..Dystopian is forced on us as normal.

Take back our culture.Fight to protect our values. Don’t  slide down this slippery slope. Think about it. You’ll thank me later.

White Privilege

I've recently learned that I have some type of privilege bestowed upon me because of my skin color.  Do I get a card for that to get my benefits, or is there something coming in the mail? If it's waiting for me somewhere-where is this magic place?

The reason that I ask is that I have vivid memories of working my butt off for everything that I have, even starting over twice.  Is it a privilege to have my own business and that I "get to work 65+ hours a week"? Is it a privilege that if it doesn't work out, I am out of luck? 

I have been down, and by the Grace of God, I had help. Is that some kind of privilege? How about the robberies and even though the police know who did it, I was never reimbursed? Is that privilege? 

Don't tell me that I cannot understand the experience of a different race or culture while constantly belittling mine. 

I became Catholic a little over 20 years ago. Catholicism is the one religion that everyone gets a free pass to mock, ridicule, and lie about. Yes, there have been Priests that were monsters and they were allowed to continue. But the curious thing is that in the Protestant faith, there are 12-13% higher instances of abuse-but you will never hear about it.

Look at sports. In any other arena of life, you must have racial equality. Is the best person hired every time? No, but the quota is met. Consider the NBA. Would anyone be screaming for quotas if it was represented the way that it is? As my Dad would have said-don't pee on my feet and tell me it's raining.

So before I have to roll my eyes through another demonstration of 'woke folks' on their knees and begging forgiveness for the sin of their privilege- explain to me these riots. People are destroying their own neighborhoods, then looting stores for 72-inch televisions. Where is the justification? I know all of MLKs speeches, almost by heart. I missed the ones about get you some free crap.

So put your race cards away, that crap doesn't play anymore. Obama didn't heal anything, he stirred it into a gigantic hot mess.  Consider what Jesus said about treating your brother (or sister for you unrelenting PC crowds) as yourself. No one owes you anything except the opportunity to try.  Think about it, you'll thank me later.

Pizza Hut Broke Up With Me!

I'm so thankful that there is a local place to order really good pizza, I just wish that they delivered. Alas.
If you've read anything that I have written, you know my feelings about Papa John's. Heck they even fired Papa-so what do you expect from them? But because I still love pizza, I thought that I would give Pizza Hut my business.  They have stuff that works with my stupid food allergies, why not, right?
Oh, you silly people.  It started when Pizza Hut took 3 yes one hundred and eighty minutes to deliver a cold pizza that wasn't even what I had ordered. Then when I called the store, the manager hung up on me. Twice. Fine, so I go with their corporate number, and explain what happened. That lady was horrified and gave me a code that was good for two large whatever the heck that I wanted on them pizzas.  I used one.
When I went to use the other one, Pizza Hut had installed a new policy that requires you to order at least $20 for delivery. I explained that I had a coupon for a free pizza and you guess it-she hung up on me.
So I did what I do when I am irritated. I posted on their FB page, their website and I left a message for them. What happened you ask? Did they rectify the situation and fix my pie? LOLOLOL!
Nope. The new manager guy called me and told me that he would be taking over in a week and they would appreciate it if I didn't eat there anymore.
I told him that it wasn't a problem, we had a local place and I had gotten used to eating good pizza again, the only reason that I tried to use the coupon was because well-it was supposed to make up for the horrendous one. I guess not so much.
Good news is that if this hongkongfluey ever breaks, I can go to the local place and have a pizza so much better than any chain could give me.  Think about doing that where you are.  The big chains can survive, but the small local guys that give a community it's character cannot.  Eat local whenever you can and if the jerk from Pizza Hut whose number is 260-969-2400 calls you, let him break up with you too.  You'll thank me later.

Coronavirus is Not the Black Plague, Settle Down

Yesterday I spoke online with a poor fellow who has a cold and he was freaking out. I cannot blame him. Listening to the news and their professional scare people I am sure he thought that his days could be numbered.  Settle down, people.
This bug is in the same category as the common cold. I don't know if China tinkered with it if they did, I would not be surprised. But even if they did here are the raw numbers to consider:

Right now the earth is populated with 7.8 Billion people. As of this morning, in the 77 countries that have reported people with the virus, 3310 people have died. That means that .000000424358974% of the world has been killed by this "plague" and we should all just take a breath. (But not on each other)

The people most affected are going to be sicker and older people or those with an underlying health condition.  Diabetes seems to be one of the common denominators, as does those receiving chemotherapy.  In other words: people that were sickly to start with.

Please don't panic.  Here are some common sense things that you should be doing.

                        1. WASH YOUR HANDS

Wash them when you go to the bathroom (obviously, please) and wash them when you handle money.
Wash them several times a day, after you have handled something that is communal (pens, door handles, etc.) Wash them with hot soapy water and wash them long enough to sing the alphabet song at a normal pace.

                       2. DON'T TOUCH YOUR FACE

That one is easier said than done. I didn't realize how many times I touch my face until I tried to make a conscientious effort not to do it. Leave your hair alone, stop touching that thing that you have there, just leave your face alone.

                     3. LYSOL (the kind in the brown bottle) Kills This

Go buy some and dilute it to the proper strength and start wiping everything down if you are worried.  Bleach will also kill it.  Peroxide seems to be able to kill it as well. Wipe things down that can sustain the bleach, or spray and wipe the peroxide on it.

                    4. If You Are Sick, Stay at Home

I know that you need the money, you wouldn't be working if you didn't. But spend some of those sick days and keep yourself to yourself if you have a cough, runny nose and or fever.  Keep those cooties to yourself.  Cough into the crook of your arm instead of your hands, but by all means, cover your mouth.  Sneeze the same way.  Don't start flinging your mucous at everyone else.

I've read gossip that China added the HIV virus to this, that this has a mutating gene (every virus does, that's why there is no 'cure' for the cold) and so many other scary stories that it breaks my heart for those that are uninformed and scared.

That's what they are there for.  If your fever is excessive.  If you have other symptoms that you can't get rid of, by all means, see a medical professional right away.

We're going to get through this, the same way that we have managed to get through everything else that happens, one day at a time.  Stay home if your sick, cover your mouth, and WASH YOUR HANDS.  You'll thank me later.

Shame on Those Democrats, Especially Nancy Pelosi

I didn't get to watch the State of the Union when it happened. I watched first thing this morning before anyone could give me their take on it. Here is my take:

Nancy Pelosi and those democrats were the pettiest looking batch of hotmess that I have seen in a while.  Pettier than Michelle Obama's "all this for a flag" question, pettier than Felonia Milhouse von Pantsuit's "basket of deplorables" and worse than Biden's bragging about his quid pro quo. 

I understand that they have nothing left in their quiver to shoot at him. Their life insurance policy didn't pay off as they had hoped, and none of their blueprinted plans that worked against any of the other dastardly Republicans have worked. They are adrift, complaining about the success that we are all enjoying.

I am disgusted by their refusal to cheer the successes mentioned. They aren't just President Trump's successes.  They are our successes. Those democrats refused to cheer for the successes of us. Can they get pettier? The answer came when Pelosi tore up the President's speech in a fit of pique.  Shame on her and all of them that despise America.

Think about it, you'll thank me later.

Coup Attempt Should be Treason

Every liberal talking head was certain that Donald Trump would never win the nomination.
Remember that when you consider the text messages from the FBI lovebirds who dislike us so much.
In case you forgot, one texted that he had to be in a Wal-Mart and could smell the support for Trump.
Can you imagine the blowback if that had been said about Harlem and Faily McWorse than Carter?
Can you see Chris Matthews's head exploding at the thought? I can. He would have stroked out.
Is there any doubt that this is the "life insurance policy" in the unlikely event that you die before 40?
And why is there a blackout on the name of the nonwhistleblower whistleblower if we know him?
Right about now, a legitimate media would be doing their jobs instead of carrying water for the DNC.
Anyone doubt that this coup attempt would have never happened without Obama's approval?
Many people are censored, simply for asking relevant questions about his relationship to the DNC.
Everyone knows by now his close ties to Adam Schiff and the Obama Whitehouse staff.
Lists online even show his connection to Joe Biden and Biden's staff.
Laugh if you will, but a conspiracy theory isn't a theory if it turns out to be true.
Ask the people who have been censored or booted from platforms for pointing to the truth.

It's just amazing that the msm could not care less about this event if anything they are actively cheering it on. And Pelosi saying that the President "will be impeached forever" sounds like the bitter, sour grapes of someone who was measuring the Vice President's Office for drapes and then found out that it blew up in her solemn, prayerful face. Nice pens, though. But for 35k of taxpayers' money, they better be. Pay attention to the next few weeks, even if you don't usually care for politics.

Auto Brush has Crappy Customer Service. Save Yourself

I was given one of those full mouth toothbrushes for Christmas. I bet it would be great if it had come with the charger base.  When I told my friend that gave it to me about the problem, I wrongly assumed that I could simply get the missing part.

Foolish girl.

After finally tracking down the company, there is a phone number. Not a toll free one of course. Don't waste your time, it's a prerecorded message that tells you to go to their website. From there, you'll be directed to an eventual human being. I left a message, not expecting to hear anything from them.
Surprisingly they returned the call, for all of the good it did.

When she called, which to her credit was quick,  she asked for a picture of the unit and the missing piece. Again, how do I send a picture? Where do I send the picture? No answers to any of that, but they do keep trying to sell me foaming toothpaste for a toothbrush that won't work without the missing part. You get the picture.

So then I get the speel that they have to have the pictures so I stop what I'm doing and get the toothbrush and send the picture. Hold on to your hats. The pictures weren't clear enough. Who thinks it was just a reach around to give themselves an excuse to ignore me? Yeah, me too.

So then, the stupid instant site keeps trying to sell me crap. Yep. Because nothing instills faith in your product like trying to upsell me when what I already have doesn't work.  Too many excuses and zero accountability.

Run, don't walk from Auto Brush.  It's a great idea, they just have horrendous execution.


Here's a tip: hire human beings to answer your phones and man your websites.

Update#1 I just got a message asking me to send video-video!!- of it working so they can see what the problem is. 1) now I have to find a way to film this?? 2) how can I do that WHEN THEY DIDN'T SEND A CHARGER???

Update#2 I just got off the phone with the person who sold it. Now she is claiming that many people sell this crappy item so she is NOT going to send the charger because I called more than once. You can ask why calling more than once means it's bad, maybe she'll have a better answer than saying ma'am-"I'm not the only one that sells this."  Her number is 209-553-8254 good luck
