Over Five Hours on Hold with Stanton Optical!

 Don't do it. You see their prices, you just need a quick exam (haha) and you figure you're out the door. Sucker! First, Alison told me that my online appointment wasn't valid even after I showed her the confirmation email from them. 

Next, Alison told me I was being childish because they said that they couldn't see me at my appointment time.

Next, Alison told me that I was banned from the property.

Every call to management has resulted in being placed on ignore until they are literally closed for business and it just hangs up. I posted a review and Stanton Corporate implored me to call them so that they could make it right. 

It's slow in August, so I thought, let's just see. So far they have paid for me to be on hold for 1:45: 51 seconds. There are better options than this cut-rate place and there are dead people offering better customer service than Miss Alison offers.

If you like Muzak- give them a try, but you won't speak to a human being. Don't buy your glasses from them, you'll thank me later.
